The current transducer can directly convert the AC or DC current of the measured main circuit into a DC 4-20mA signal (converted through a 250Ω resistor to DC 1-5V or through a 500Ω resistor to DC 2-10V) in a linear proportion, and continuously transmit it to the receiving device (computer or display instrument).
Product Introduction

Current transmitters are divided into two types: DC current transmitters and AC current transmitters. The AC current transmitter is an instrument that can convert the measured AC current into a DC voltage or DC current output in a linear proportion. The product is widely used in electrical devices, automatic control, and dispatching systems in departments such as power, telecommunications, petroleum, coal, metallurgy, railway, and municipal services. AC current and voltage transmitters have single-channel and three-channel combined structural forms, and their characteristics are:
1. High accuracy (typical: 0.2%, best 0.05%); [1]
2. The entire measurement range has extremely high linearity;
3. It has a high degree of integration, a simple structure, excellent temperature characteristics and long-term working stability, which enables the transmitter to avoid regular calibration.

The DC current transmitter converts the measured signal into a voltage, which is directly transformed into a voltage with a very good linear relationship to the measured signal and complete isolation through the HCNR200/201 linear optocoupler. Then, it is sent to the output through constant voltage (current). It has the advantages of a very simple principle, refined circuit design, high reliability, and convenient installation.

The current transmitter can directly convert the alternating current in the measured main circuit into a constant current standard signal of 4-20mA (converted into 1-5V DC through a 250Ω resistor or 2-10V DC through a 500Ω resistor) in a linear proportion, and continuously transmit it to the receiving device (computer or display instrument).

The primary and secondary sides of the current transmitter are highly insulated and isolated. There are two-wire and three-wire output wiring methods. The three-wire transmitter has the auxiliary working power supply +24V positive terminal, negative terminal and signal output terminal.

The current transmitter has high accuracy, small size, low power consumption, wide frequency response, and anti-interference capabilities. It is the first in China to have 4 compensation measures and 6 comprehensive protection functions. The two-wire ports have strong anti-inductive lightning protection capabilities and have protection capabilities against lightning waves and surges. It is particularly suitable for intelligent monitoring systems of load currents such as generators, motors, intelligent low-voltage distribution cabinets, air conditioners, fans, and street lamps.

The current transmitter has ultra-low power consumption. The static power consumption of a single unit is 0.096W, the full-scale power consumption is 0.48W, and the internal power consumption of the output current is limited to 0.6W.
